nero 7 internet database not working

I can no longer get CD info, from the Nero internet database, when I save cd tracks to my hard-drive. I had no problem with the internet data base in the past.
I have Nero 7 with the latest update. The Nero help files instructions metion submitting the servers address (cddb/cddb.cgi), and my smtp address. I did that with previous versions of Nero, but the current Nero version has spaces for the read servers http address(freedb.freedb.org) and my e-mail address only.
When I attempt to back up a cd, it always tells me that the internet data base has no information for that specfic cd. But I used cds that the internet data base sucessfully gave me track information before, with past versions of Nero. But now no longer will do so.
Any feedback concerning this issue will be appreciated. Thanks.
