Nero Ultra 7 "Buffer to Large" error

Nero seems to be having the "Buffer to large" error whenever i try to burn a dvd or even a data cd. I know the burner works because I used windows to burn files onto the cd. I've looked a lot of things up about this error and really haven't found anything that worked. And my dvd burner is a sata device not a IDE, thats one reason I haven't found any answers.. maybe?? But I will post my log and my computer info so that maybe someone could find something that I might be missing and help me out..

Check the 'Task Manager' see if INCD is running and turn it off.

when i ran Nero.. I went under the task manager and didnt find Incd running and tried to burn once again... and the same problem, anything else I could try?.. and what is INCD anyways?... thanks

INCD enables drag and drop to DVD/RW media.
It's often cited as the cause of many problems when burning DVD's under Nero.
It's installed along with all the other Nero packages.
The only way I know of to get rid of it, is to use the Nero clean tool to remove all traces of Nero, then reinstall Nero without INCD.
