dvd-r error checker? (any other apart from DVD Shrink)

Hi guys.

Is there other tool to check DVD-R disks after been burned for errors such as Cyclic Redundancy Errors?

You mean Nero? Shrink doesn't have a quality scan but Nero Tool (toolkit in Nero 6) has the scan disc and quality scan.

well i wasn't asking for anything particular, just looking for alternative suggestions to DVD Shrink.

righty, i have Nero 6, which function does have the scan disc and quality scan?

Oops left off where in Nero (sorry!)
In SmartStart go to ToolKit>cd-dvd drive speed.
Scan disc option is what you want - shows the bad sections if any on the disc.
The quality scan does an analysis and rates the disc quality but not all drives are supported by it.
