I have a new sony camcorder with the little dvd disk but they come in DVD-R I would like to make them into DVD+R just to be able to use the lightscribe option that my dvd burner has.

Bought Nero 7 ultra edition enhanced and tried it with no success. I am guessing I am missing something in the process.

Everyone says "save it to your hard drive in mpeg4 then burn it from there" but i cant seem to find the place that lets you choose what format u save it in. It is saving it in neros own extension .bur or something along those lines.

Any help for the idiot here (step by step would be great) would be great! You would think that it would come with some kinda instruction manual...

What is the content of the disk when opened with Windows Explorer?
