I am having trouble backing up my Dukes of Hazzard Season 1 DVD. I have tried DVDecrypter (last version), DVD Shrink 3.2 and RipIt4Me (latest version) to no avail. WHen using Decrypter and Shrink I also used the latest version of AnyDVD. Can anyone tell me how they backed their copy up as it's driving me crazy!!

What error are you getting?
Check the back of the disc for dirt/smudges/scratches etc.
Try cleaning it off w/ something non abrasive.
Have another drive you can rip from - if you do try that one.

Here's another ripper that may help - DVDFab HD Decrypter.

If all that fails your best bet may be just to exchange it for a new one.
