just went to scotland for the week amazing... not really interested in places like the bahamas or other hot countrys.... i like the countryside lol

oh cool... ive just finished year 11 so im moving on to sixth form in september i shall have some more cash as well with EMA....
ive tried putting 6 fans in the pc at the moment that should be quite cool... just putting in a temp sensor into a bay at the front

So you're on EMA and yet you're going to the lengths of installing a monitor inside your PC case? It's clear to see where all your money goes!

lol... yeh my dad's got his own buisness so he's setting me up for a house etc... sorry im boasting.... but i should cut down on the money usage....

not that hot roughly 21 degrees out of the case and 32 in case after 1 hour and 54 mins been on

The monitor case is only 32 degrees when it's inside the PC? I think you'll be fine then, most monitors get far hotter than that. Does it use an external power brick?

i dont think so.... but ive just noticed that dell monitors have a built temp sensor actually inside the monitor.... i connected it up to my dads dell that i got the monitor from and it shows a reading of 49 degress after 1, 1/2 hours been on

Sounds more like what mine runs at. I don't use a Dell PC so I didn't get the special software, although I may try downloading it from the net.
