First you have to beat the elite four. Once you beat the elite four you have to go to a place called PAL park.(You will have to have the national dex before this) In order to get to PAL park head to Masago Town surf south through routes 219 220 and 221 and then you will arrive at PAL park. Once at PAL park save the game. Then restart the game, then insert ruby sapphire leaf green fire red or emerald in the gba slot(slot 2) and at the main menu a new option will appear that allows you to transfer the pokemon. Once you select the option go to the entrance of PAL park and a guy will give you park balls(These are as strong as master balls) Now once in PAL park search for the environment that your old pokemon would be in. For example Gyarados would be in a lake. Rattata would be in the grass. Once you catch your pokemon it will be transferred to your game. The pokemon will have the same stats as it did in the previous games.
