Hi
As soon as i conect my ipod to my pc its freezes and when i take off my ipod its restart again. I isolated automatic restart from pc. now what it does is give blue screen and asking me dump the memmory. could anybody knows how to do that.or could anybody tell me how to over come with this problem?

Bad driver most likely. Uninstall all the software and related software (plugins for itunes and the itunes plugins on other devices) and then start again.
