ConvertXtoDVD Error - Please Help

Im trying to convert a AVI file into a DVD VIDEO format through ConvertXDVD and i keep getting the same error.

File "C:\doc Sett**\**\*\Pilot.avi" is unsupported or not A/V file

however when i look at the properties of the file its definatly a AVI File?

Any help would be appreciated.

Drag the file onto GSpot and verify the type.

Can you provide us a full conversion log ?

I want to see what ConvertXtoDVD sees as audio/video streams.
