I am hoping to get some help from you. I have completely uninstalled Nero 7.9, used the clean tools, did a search and erased any remaining 'Nero' files, and finally installed 7.10.
I have tried four separate times to burn DVD's, but it keeps hanging up and going back to its startup menu. No error message on screen.
