i'm not sure if this is the right place in the forum to ask, but what is the best dvd tool that will take my MPEG-2 files and allow me to create chapter breaks before burning onto a DL disc? thanks...nero has been giving me burning problems, and i want to try something new that handles mpegs.

TMPGEnc DVD Author will do it automatically or manually and let you view the video.
I believe it has a fully functional trial.

ConvertXtoDVD (which is a conversion program) allows you to set the time interval.

I think ConvertX leaves a watermark in the trial period, so burning a DL may be an expensive proposition.
