Burning photos to DVD using vers 6

Hello,

I have Nero 6 and can not seem to figure out how to take my jpeg photos from my hard drive and burn them on a dvd. All I see are videos icons. Can someone help me?

If you merely want to copy image files (like a backup) run Nero StartSmart or Nero Express and opt to make a 'Data DVD' then add the files and burn.
If you wish to make a slide show, run Startsmart or Nero Vision Express and opt for a Photo Slide Show (DVD).

I tried the 'Data DVD' using Nero StartSmart and they burned on the DVD cause I can see them on the computer, but when I put the DVD into the DVD player to see them on the TV it will not read it. I tried a DVD+ and -R's?? I do not see the slide show option in StartSmart.

This is Nero &, but I believe that Nero 6 is similar.

BTW check the DVD player manual to see if you can play a data CD with JPEG files.Many players can.

My photo and video section does not look like yours, it only has:
Make a video CD,Make a super video CD and Burn DVD-video files,that is it. Maybe my DVD burner is bad cause my DVD player says it does support the DVD's that I am burning??
