SoundTrax crashes when inserting SoundBox clip

Greetings
{XP Pro, SP2; Nero 7.10.1.0}
When inserting SoundBox clip SoundTrax crashes.
Sbox interface appears and then:
<>
where nnnnnnn are always different so there is no sense to write'em down.
That worked fine in v 7.9 and prior to that.
Does anybody experiencing such behaviour?
