I have a antec p182 case and an antec 650watt trio power supply and was wondering should the fan on the powesupply go up or down on this case?

Probably, but if you're not using that much power it may stay low.

There is a big fan in the middle of the power supply and I was wondering if i should put it upwards or downwards inside the case. Also, thanks for the prompt response always sammorrris.

they line up both ways! thats why i am confused and theres an opening for the fan both upwards and downwards.

Which fan on the P182? Here's how I recommend setting up fans:

CPU: Suck into processor, preferably exhausting towards rear of case
PSU: Suck into PSU from case, exhausting through PSU and out
Case:
Front: Into case
Side: Into case
Rear: Out of case
Top: Out of case
Bottom: Into case
