I purchased this movie a few days ago and have had no luck backing it up. I've tried using my purchased version of DVD X Copy Platinum (v3.2.0) as well as DVD Decrypter v3.1.7.0 to burn using Nero however, both programs hang after about 68% completion. In DVD Decrypter it stops and tells me there are "26 read errors", after which, I cancel the program. Anyone have any idea's? I feel like I am losing this battle. I'm open to all suggestions.

Thank You

I have heard of this program and came with my purchased version of DVD X Copy Plus. DVD Decrypter has done all of my movies up until now but, keeps hanging at 46%. I have two different burners and they both keep haning at the same place.

Maybe I will try SmartRipper. Are there any good guides?

Thanks

The disc isn't scratched or dirty is it? I copied this movie with DVD Shrink and Nero with no problems.

I've backed up 2F2F successfully using DVD Decrypter and DVD2One, then Nero. I had no read errors at all. As Sly mentioned...sounds like a dirty or scratched dvd to me.

There is no problem so big, that a brick placed against the proper skull cannot fix =)

Thank You for all your help. That is exactly what it was. Scratched DVD. I used 321 Studios program DVD X Rescue that comes with my retail copy of DVD X Copy Platinum. I was able to save it.

Thank You.....case closed
