hi guys im new here been enjoying the forums but just got my own little problem,i downloaded a movie off the web and when i went to copy it onto a dvd i got an error which read cannot innitialize api uder the heading nerovision.i can copy dvd,cd,make data disc but cant open nerovision.ive deleted nero7 and reloaded from nero website and still have the same problem,can anyone tell me what i have done.thanks steve

Did you use the Nero Cleaning Tool before re installing?

done it twice.once i select make my own movie the nerovision loader pops up then the error appears so i cant access the programe.when i try to open these api programes on the pc it says not a valid win32 application.i have not used nero for a few weeks so unless ive deleted something i should not have im lost

Did you install 'InCd'?
Perhaps uninstall and try an installation without 'InCd'

If it was included in the package that you installed, then you can opt to install it or not.
A search at Afterdawn will reveal that it is often involved in DVD burning problems.

got no probs burning dvd,s its just that programe wont open.i might toss it and go back to nero 6
