I've recently bought a G6 Real though it has not arrived yet.
Plays DS ROMs and homebrew, cannot play GBA games (no slot-1 device can).
NES/SNES/Gameboy support is the same as all other devices, it depends on the emulators used, NES is quite good, SNES is not very good, not sure about Gameboy/Colour. I don't use emulators on my DS so i'm not an expert on them.

You need a device which goes in the GBA slot, I have an M3CF, GBA Firelinker and currently using an EZFlash3-1.

I'm guessing you mean the Nintendo browser?
Well it's an internet browser, it requires a memory pack to work so you need both a slot-1 device and a compatible slot-2 device. I use a EZflash3-1 as my memory pack (you can also use most supercards and m3 perfects) I use my M3DSS, EZFlash V or Fire Card as the slot-1 card.

The speed of the browser isn't amazing but it can come in useful at times (usually when my PDA battery is dead), it is a well designed browser and after using it for only a few mins you should eb able to browse the net quite easily.

Well, I use the G6 Real 2 GB, and it's very user-friendly and easy to use, and it's reliable except that on the first day of having it I had an issue with some MP3s that went missing, and I couldn't free up the disk space that they were occupying. Very strange. I'm still awaiting an answer to this issue.

It has been 100% compatible with every piece of software I've run on it except of course for Slot-2 only variety software (like a GBA emulator). It not the cheapest one around, but you get what you pay for. The chances of this unit breaking seem SIGNIFICANTLY lower than a M3 or R4, or most expandable memory solutions. I'd also note, however, that the USB Link Dock for the G6 is a bit larger than the memory card itself, but the pins are almost the exact size of the thing, so the unit is too large to guide it through the pins, and the pins are so small that it takes a bit of playing with it before you get the pins to line up right. I'd say it takes by far the longest of any memory card I've ever used to connect it to it's link-up dock.

i have a r4ds and a m3ds simply both with 1 gig of japanese kingston memory for my daughters nds and nds lite and to be honest they have played everything ive put on them without any trouble !

r4ds - http://www.r4ds.com/r4ds.htm

m3ds simply - http://www.m3adapter.com/SLOT-1/main.htm

both flash cards take some beating on price and rom compatibility.

i would say both are excellent for any beginer , just my opinion , woof811.
