R4 are back in stock, not sure about M3S, check mr_hanky's guide to see where you can buy them online. I dont think he mentions that dealextreme.com also stocks R4s and M3Ss

Try dealextreme. Ordered mine from there and came in a week :)
It says it comes with a 1 gig micro sd too.
