Nero Rom & Nero Express ? Difference?

Well,

I know Nero express is simplified version of Nero Rom, but what exactly is the difference?
Using either will make any difference ?
Please clear

In burning rom you have the option of using multiple burners and burn audio and text cd's come to mind right off. There may be a few more options too.

Well... i have full version nero 7....
and wana burn my DVD-R .... but wonder which option woud be better.... via ROM OR EXPRESS......

Either app is good to use. Express has a more user friendly interface to use then Burning Rom.
But for common stuff like burning data, video files etc I usually use Express - just a few clicks less than Burning Rom.
