AVCHD and Vista

I've tried this on two different computers but still running vista and I get the same result. I'm trying to burn an AVCHD DVD of some HD content from my camcorder (Sony HD7). In XP I burned it and it worked, but now with Vista the DVD comes out laggy when played back on a bluray player, other programs dont seem to have this problem but Nero does. Has anyone else experenced this issue with Vista?
