Hi, I jsut installed a Micro Innovation Zoom 2.0 webcam. I installed all the drivers, but Windows cant recognize it and the installer cant detect the Webcam.

what does it show in device manager? does your system meet the specs?

Thanks for the reply ddp, in Device Manger, I go to USB Devices, it says Unknown Devive. My system is WAY past reccomended requirments.

are you sure there's a vista driver on the disc? Usually there isn't, try the website.

find the vista driver as the unknown device is the webcam
