Is it overheating? Try monitoring the temps with something like Riva Tuner.

those temps seem to be alright tho the cpu temp can be a bit lower. can you try another psu? are any of the capacitors on the motherboard which look like silver topped cans domed when they are supposed to be flat topped?

nope the capacities are alright...well to tell the truth sometimes the GPU gets up to 50c and sometimes the cpu get up to 55c, i have a 450w psu...i've tried putting a fan to cool the cpu down to 30-40 while paying games but then the gpu is high...and vice versa the pc still reboots...could it be the motherboards problem?

i think so too, but at first i thought it was my HDD's problem b/c it'll suddenly shuts down and then boots up again, then i found out its my old IDE 80GB hdd's problem and the sata 250gb partitions problem, so i stopped using my old 80gb and reformatted the 250gb, and everything was alright, but when i'm playing games the problem occurs so i'm also thinking its the mobo thats causing the problem...well cant help it...if i buy a new mobo i'm basically buying a new PC, which cost money...

Why?
Try an Asus A8R-MVP motherboard, that's not new PC money.

Are there no online stores you can use?
It's a single PCI express 16x with 4 RAM slots, but you don't use SLi so 1 PCIe slot is enough.

Well socket 939 motherboards are still available in large numbers over here, sounds like the shop you use is very limited. See if there are any websites that ship internationally.

Just obviously bear in mind that getting a new monitor is going to be a bit of a waste if your PC doesn't work properly.
Also, assuming you have an HDTV, go for a PS3 over a 125cc scooter, seriously. You may as well have a pedal bike. Safer, cheaper, quieter, and you don't look like a schmuck using one.
