How to burn via Vista remote desktop?

If I connect to my Vista Ultimate pc via remote desktop, my dvdr doesn't show up. However, if I am local, I can burn just fine. Nero recognizes that I'm on via remote desktop, and warns me that windows security might be preventing me from burning.

How can I enable access to my burner via remote desktop?
