I have recently purchased an RCA MP3 player M4002 specifically to listen to audiobooks, I have windows vista and downloaded audiobooks from 'net library' into windows media player as a WMA file which is as recommended. Unfortunately when I synch my MP3 player to my computer it downloads the audiobook to the music files folder which means I cannot mark the place where I finished reading. I have contacted customer support at RCA to no avail they have said the player only supports audiobooks in .aa format and that I will have to convert them from WMA to .aa does anybody know how to do this without me having to join (i.e.pay a fee) to audible.com? I feel like I have just wasted $80 and the information on the box is misleading to say the least.
I would be grateful for any help......
