Hi, I have a problem with my Nokia 6300. I bought it from Asia, and thought I can use it in the US. Well, it worked in some areas, such as LA and Dallas. But when I got to my small city, Lubbock, west Texas, the phone does not recieve any signal. I called AT&T, and they said that they cannot do anything. I wonder if I need to unlock the phone. Here is my IMEI number 356960015967370. Thank you very much for your help.

You will have to contact your network for a code

Thanks for your reply. I called someone working for ATT and he said that it is not because I need a code, but that my cell phone does not support the network band in this city which is 850mhz. It is true? My phone frequency is 900 and up. Thanks for your help.
