This is my last question and my computer will be complete... I need a 400w psu to run everything I just bought, I have a dell 2400 though NOTHING is original except the Hard Drive and the case.

Would this PSU:
http://cgi.ebay.com/400W-PSU-For-POW1450...VQQcmdZViewItem

Work with this motherboard:
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16813186106

and would that PSU fit in a dell 2400 case?

Thanks

i got a big Dual Interface Core Kit

DO NOT buy that power supply. People always skimp on their power supplies the whole PC with them. Get a nice high quality power supply like a OCZ or Corsair or PC Power and Cooling.
EDIT: Oh and Thermaltake.

DO NOT buy that power supply, it will suck and it will destroy your PC.
Try something like this

little too late but I doubt it will destroy my computer I can always get a refund, but considering I said I was broke when I bought the new processor since then I've bought 2 gig sticks and a heat sink and fan and a psu for 2 computers I'd much rather take my chances with that >30$ psu then go with the 90$ one. If it breaks or makes noise I will refund it, but there is a return policy

Just obviously beware that myself and dozens of others on this forum have lost several hundred dollars when a cheap PSU broke or caught fire and damaged most of their components. Don't put it down to luck.

I asked Qtec that question, their response:

Quote:
Dear Mr./Mrs./Ms. ,

We are sorry to hear about this unfortunate situation. In order to determine
if the damage to your devices can be blamed on the QTEC PSU we need to
examen them. Please send the PSU, the damaged and undamaged goods and a copy
of the purchase receipt to:

Trust International B.V.
Customer Care Department (Mario Seng)
Laan van Barcelona 600
3317 DD Dordrecht

As soon as we receive the damaged devices we can investigate if you may
claim the insurance. If so, we will get in touch with you to explain the
procedure to follow.

Kind regards,

Mario Seng
QTEC Customer Care
If their product destroyed half of my PC, why should I trust the business with what survived?
