hi everyone don't know if im on the right page but here goes. i have some movies ive tried to burn from my computer and when i play them on the dvd player it seems like someone turned the horizontal on the tv. the movie plays but its flipping. and this happens on some movies. i use roxio and it works great but cant figure out why it does that. thanks any thing would be helpful

it sounds like you are playing a PAL disc on a NTSC tv if the disc are from region 2 which includes most of Europe this will happen

1. by converting the file from pal to ntsc which isn't easy.

2. buy a dvd player that plays both formats pal and ntsc

3. backup store bought dvds and don't use downloaded movie files
