I need a program to make the quality of my mp3 better, or a program to make my mp3 louder with out making the quality worse. If anyone knows of one let me know.

This program is free and will adjust the volume of mp3s...

Turn the amplifier up!
Seriously.
Any DSP or gain change will be another layer away from the source, and will deteriorate the quality.
Plus you cannot really improve an MP3 - they are dreadful to start with, as you just cannot throw away that6 much data without serious loss.
Once it is gone, it is gone forever.

Actually, all MP3Gain does is add a correcting factor to the file. It doesn't re-encode anything, so you don't lose quality.

No, that is just the point that you are starting to hear the appalling mess the crap called MP3 makes of your music.
Or the point where your speakers are starting to break up anyway.
Match decent speakers to the right amp, and they will never overload.
Speakers should always have a peak capability of around 50% higher than the stated amplifier peak to allow for transients. Oops - stupid, stupid me. I forgot that modern so-called 'mastering' actually eliminates all transients.

Seriously - if you have decent amp/speakers, then you should always be able to hear how bad MP3 is.
