R4 problems with MegaMan Star Force

Is it just me or whenever I try to get MegaMan Star Force from ANY website, it doesn't work? Yes, I unzip it to make sure it's a .nds file but then when I start up my DS and try to play MMSF it says "Could not find data. Please re-insert the game data" or something like that.

Is anyone else getting this? Is there any way to fix it? Am I doomed not able to play MMSF forever?

Update your firmware to the latest version (1.11 i think) this has solved the problem for everyone else who had the same problem.
