Hi there guys....as you can see in the subject, that is my burner model with the firmware version....

i bought the laptob 3 years ago...there was no problem for the last two years...but sometime ago it could nt burn or read some dvds but now...it doesnot read anything now....lickily one dvds

i tried burning movies by nero 6 and divx and it still didnot burn....

what do you think the problem is...??

Your burner would be a PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-K14 and going by the firmware of 1.14 it indicares you have an (K14RA Acer OEM) which I see hasnt had any updates for quite some time. You may have to stick with the discs that you previously used.

i had a power calibration error....and it said it couldnot lead out---something like that...
