Problem with Nero and COPY2DVD

Hello All-

Here is my problem. I shrink a DVD with DVDshrink 3 or 2.3 doesnt really affect whats happening. Plays like a champ off the HD. Burn to disc with Nero 6 and it plays just fine in a settop player. BUT... if I pop in the PC and play it with PowerDVD it "seems" to play ok but if I click the time slider to jump to about 3/4 thru the disc I get an error "The DVD disc might have been damaged so as to inhibit playback operation."

The same thing happens in WinDVD only it jumps to the begining of the disc. I did burn a disc with COPY2DVD and these problems went away. Fantasic you say? Not really. I am having a equally wierd error with that prog. The window that shows all you files and folders wont show up. Its just a grey area where there should be a list of files and a bar that shows howmuch room is left on the disc.


Anyone else have these problems?

The only advice I can give you from what you said is to update your ASPI driver layer and to close all other non system background programs running when you are going to burn using Nero.
