I have burned a copy of white noise 2: the light as we really wanted to watch this movie....( downloaded)..but when putting it into our dvd player we see little lines going form left to right and everything scrolls up fairly rapidly..

Could this be because perhaps since it is not yet released here in the USA that the source was a pal format vs ntsc?

Is there anythign we can do to check to see iof it is pal or covert it ( I have the whole dvd in its respective vob files etc)
