I have lightscribe burner LH-20A1L (lite-on). Nero sees it. When I open lightscribe option, it opens the disk label image with the narrow white ring. When I open a picture, it is place under the label by default, the only that narrow ring is visible. It lightscribes that way. If I make the ring wider up to the full disk size, it goes for preparing, gives the message that burn process completed successfully in 20 seconds and burns nothing. Can you help me to solve this problem? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Are you selecting the lightscribe template when you open CoverDesigner? Mine opens with just a blank and no pre-assigned boxes.

Yes, it opens with the empty grayed circle with pretty narrow white ring it it. The picture is visible only in this ring. If I don't cahange the width of this white ring, lightsribe wirks, burning only this ring on DVD. If I change the ring width to the full DVD size, the burning process does not work.

Mine does not open as you state, when I open a blank. If I open an audio or data with something beside blank, I get different setups and one contains a circular white area on the disc which I cannot change. Go back and open just a empty document to see if you can add what you want where you want it.
