please can someone help me ulock this phone,

model= 2652
type= RH53
imei= 35836600/206100/3

It has a movistar sim in and I think it's spanish. It comes up with an o2 uk screen when starts but only the movistar telefonica sim works with it. No other sim including o2 works with it. Thank you to anyone who can help.
