The dvd burns successfully and plays back in the drive I used to burn it, but it won't playback in my 360. I also tried it in a samsung player and a sharp player with no luck.

I used DVD decrypter to rip and also to burn. I selected ISO Read to rip and ISO Write to burn. I used Verbatim DVD+R DL media. I have a Lite-On SHM-165HS6, firmware is HSOE.
I tried to set the book type to DVD-ROM with dvd decrypter, dvd info and also the lite-on utility, but I'm having trouble with this. It still comes up in dvd info that the book type is DVD+R DL. I'm not sure if the book type is my problem. I could use some help this is my first attempt at dual layer burns.

Thanks

I forgot I'm also getting a couple of errors when I close DVD Decrypter.

The error keeps popping up I have to click ok about 6 times before the program will close.

you should be able to Booktype your drive before you burn your disk...... just make sure you pick your drive (empty without a disk in it), then follow the picture above!

Verbatim DLs are the best DLs you can get! but you can burn you disk with ImgBurn, it's free and made by the same person who made DVDDecrypter..... why I'm telling you this, because ImgBurn burns DLs better than old DVDDecrypter! And it even helps you pick where the layer break should be, unlike DVDDecrypter. Once you have a properly burned DL disk booktyped to DVD-ROM then your compatibility with your players will be fine. good luck to you.
