Can someone help me unlock my Nokia.
I used a paid service and the one that they gave me did not work.

Nokia 1600 b
IMEI 010767000546517
USA
Network: TracFone (It was a Net10 prepaid phone but Net10 goes with TracFone so hopefully that works)

I want to use this phone on my cingular plan with my cingular sim card.

Not able to unlock. The phone you have needs to be flashed with OEM Nokia firmware and unlocked at the same time.
