Is it the best image viewer?

I found an image viewing software named Hero bigeye which is cheap and applied on WWW.DOWNLOAD.COM. I can view, manage, copy or search images with it. Certainly I also process my digital photos with it. I think that is a good experience which I'd like share with you. Or if you know some good software, please tell me.
