So you cannot connect to your DS with Action Replay?
Well Just donwload this rar

It was developed by me with the inclusion of the Action Replay Code Manager Software.

Hope This helps you because it sure as hell helped me when i thought of it!

You mount the iso, then a window pops up with installation of action replay but just exit it.
Plug in nintendo ds and it should say "new hardware found", so it asks you where to install from and choose the mounted iso(which should come up as a drive)
It will install the drivers in the right place.
