While burning HP DVD-R using NERO & - NEC 3520A
ERROR log is as follows. But sony DVDR is ok
Could any one help me out.

There's a newer firmware, version 3.07, available.
http://www.de.nec.de/software/2324_FW_ND-3520A_307win.zip
The biggest problem may be the media you're using. Moser Baer is pretty low in the quality department. Good media is Verbatim, Taiyo Yuden, and Made in Japan labeled Fuji/Sony.
I'd also try burning at 4X instead of 2.4X.

I don't know where the read error is originating.
Try using ImgBurn and see if the same error occurs. Use the Build mode to create an ISO Image file. Burn ISO images in the Write mode.

Are you burning the same project each time? If so, try a different project and see if the error occurs.
Try other media other than the Moser Baer made stuff.
