A little while ago when i slid the face up the screen would be completely white.. if i turned it off n back on it wud be fine but after a while it jus stayed permanently white n now no matter what i do it wont change.. the screen does other random stuff like the screen will be black with random dots all over it in different colours.. is this a software problem? ie will the phone just need flashing or is it just buggered??

any help appreciated ta

Not sure if you have resolved your problem now, however it may be worthwhile getting a new ribbon.
