Cant Unlock my nokia!

Hi, I have a nokia 6070 locked on orange, been trying to unlock it but it doesnt seem to be working!

Now it saying something about not done, I take it this is because I entered the wrong code 5times (dont know how i managed!) anyway I've been reading up about a flash cable that restores your settings and enables you to try again with the unlocking. Any idea how this works/can get it done?!
