Hi I need help unlocking a nokia 3220b. the imei is 356208000407097 and the phone was locked for at&t. I got an unlock code from at&t but when I followed the instructions, after entering the code, i got the "Phone restricted" message within the entry box. I am wondering if this means the phone can still be unlocked with a code or it is permanently locked already? If it still can be unlocked, does it make sense trying to unlock it with another code or just keep trying with what I already have? Thank you.
