What am i doing wrong????

Ive bought my son a M3 Ds simply to use on his nintendo ds.
Ive got a "Sandisk 4gb Micro SD HC microcard".

1. Ive formatted the memory card
2. downloaded "M3 DS Simply Firmware Version 1.07, English" from http://www.kiwiclx.com/nds/
3. Ive extracted it using winrar and when i opened the folder i saw 4 things "_system_" "moonshl" "_DS_MENU.DAT" & "_DS_MSHL.NDS"
(I COPIED ALL 4 OVER TO ROOT OF THE MEMORY CARD)
5. I then created a new file called "Games" in which i placed "tiger woods 2008 nds file"
6. I placed the Micro card in the M3 Cartridge and inserted in the DS and switched it on its said loading for ages and then nothing else happens!!!
IF i take the card out i get SD/TF card error????
What am i doing wrong my heads battered!
Someone please help

Your problem is the MicroSD card, the M3 doesn't support HC, you'd be better off with two 2GB cards.
You can get them pretty cheap Here.

Yes, you did everything right. Though you may need to do an Arm7 swap if you want to run Tiger Woods.

Don't double post.
It's when you unpack a ROM, replace it's Arm7 file, and recompile it.
