Anyone? I seriously need to get it working again. Due to collage most my work is done on the PC and it's building up. I have less then 700MB left of space. I need to start burning this stuff to dvd to clear off space.
1. Save your Nero serial number and registration details
2. Use the following tool to remove Nero - click me Instructions:
Quote:# First, make sure you have your Nero 5 serial number so you can reinstall Nero/Nero Express after using CleanTool. The serial number should look like this: 15xx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxx. It should be located on the inside of the Nero jewel case, or on the back of the paper sleeve the Nero CD came in. You can also go into Regedit (a program in C:\Windows), and go to ?HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ahead\Nero - Burning Rom\Info? to obtain you serial number from there.
# Then, download Nero CleanTool to your desktop. Unzip the file and then double-click on the EXE file to run it. Select the ?Clean All? option and then click on the ?Clean? button to uninstall all Nero products.
# Reboot your system after CleanTool finishes - this will clean the registry and remove all Nero entries.
3. use the following cleaner - click me Instructions:
Quote: * Download cleanpack.zip and extract the zipped files onto your hard disk using WinZip or WinRar. You should now have two files: Driver-CleanTool.exe and RegistryChecker.exe.
* Run Driver-CleanTool.exe by double-clicking it. Driver CleanTool will remove all drivers and registry entries.
* Confirm the deactivation of the drivers displayed in order to prevent known driver conflicts from reoccurring in the future. These drivers also exist with values in the Windows NT, 2000 and XP registries.
* In order to confirm that these drivers are deactivated, you will need to run the RegistryChecker file.
