ITS BEEN RUNNING FINE THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN IT WILL NOT TOUCH ANY DVD MEDIA,BUT IS OK WITH CDR'S!!

WHEN I CLICK PROPERTIES FOR THE DRIVE IT SAY, TYPE CD Drive,AND NOT DVD RW,BUT IT RECOGNISES IT AS A DVD RW IN DEVUCE MANAGER??

IT HAS FIRMWARE 1.21 WHICH IT HAS BEEN OK WITH,UNTIL ALL THIS.

I DID SEARCH THE FORUM FOR A FEW HOUR AND FOUND NO ANSWERS,SO ANY HELP,OR SHOULD I JUST TAKE IT TO THE SHOP??
