Hi everyone.
I've been using Nero StartSmart for quite a long time and recently i noticed a problem. When I was trying to make a DVD data disc, I couldnt add some of the movies, they just were not on the list! how is this possible? I can watch the movies on my pc, but can't add them to my disc because they disappear.
Has anyone had the same problem? what should I do?

when you say movies, are you talking .vob files, .avi, xvid? Which type are you trying to put to disc?

when you go the window to select the files, make sure at the very bottom of the window the drop down for "files of type" has *all files selected

Yes, I know.
And some of the avi files are on the list but some of them not...

doesn't make sense then. other than possibly pointing to the wrong directory I have no idea. Have you opened the folder the files are in and dragged and dropped in Nero?

when I'm trying to drag and drop the file they say File/folder cannot be accessed from specified path D\: blablabla....avi
