@pizat
I really think you should try a diffrent power supply, borrow one from your friend or get the one you have tested.
You really have to find out if that power supply is good ot bad.
Good luck

Indeed, and it probably is the power supply as well, even if it's new.

pizat, if your using a seperate video card, make sure you haven't got your vga cable pluged into the motherboard video output.

try clearing the cmos as i've found that to work on occasion to kick start a stubborn board.

Do you have a separate graphics card or are you using onboard video?

Well, replacing it will mean replacing the motherboard which is hassle. You could always buy a cheap dedicated graphics card, make an upgrade out of this!

That means you've got both a dedicated and integrated. Try plugging your monitor into whichever one you're NOT using now.

If neither work it might not be your graphics card, but to be certain, plug your monitor into the other one and physically remove the dedicated one at the bottom.

Ah, what i thought you meant was two ports in different places, one at the top of the PC, one at the bottom, if they're both next to each other obviously you can't do that.

You're not being specific enough. Perhaps a pictorial version will help.

Is your graphics card like this:

or is your pc like this:

But with a graphics card at the bottom as well?
