A couple of times I have put my AR into the DS and turned it on and not had the DS "see" it. I would swear I had put it in correctly (it ain't hard!) but once I turned the DS off and reseated the thing and turned it back on, it worked. Not much help, but worth a shot.

I run the 1.0 software on my PC and I know next to nothing about updates and changing the firmware in the AR device. Did you recently try to do this(upgrade or change)? What other changes might have happened from the last time it worked?

"reseat" not "reset" meaning the good old fashioned practice of turning the thing off, pulling out the AR, inspecting everything, blowing on it (that always seesm to help), putting it back in, and turning everything back on. I have had this help before. Like I said, worth a shot if you haven't already done it.

The other question is probably better and more relevent. What has changed since it last worked?

Well the stuff that the AR device holds is just what the AR software tells it to hold as I understand it.

My guess would be if you downloaded the new AR code manager (1.5 maybe) and then got the latest list of game codes from code junkies and more or less did a rewrite of your device that could help.

You could probably just try reloading all the game codes even without updating the software. In my version (1.0) you would just drag the codes from the subscriptions area to the device area and overwrite.

You would lose whatever you have koaded on there now, but if what is on there now is bad, no loss.
