Please help 6820b - LAST CHANCE!

Hey amazingly friendly and helpful people.

I went to a site and tried to unlock my 6820b, they gave me a code, and a backup code to try in case it didn't work. Not realizing I only had 5 chances (maybe) I tried each twice.. meaning this is my LAST CHANCE.

IMEI = 352968/00/258535/6
Locked to Rogers in Canada. (trying put in a Fido SIM)

Thanks in advance for your help.. keep my fingers crossed this works!
