i dun know if this is the right part to start the thread but u guys must know.

I have a 2.4 P4 2gb Ram 2 X 320 SATA :) but i have a 7100 gs it's a nvidia card with 128 ram up to 512 with turbocache(uses regular ram)
well anyway i have the latest drivers 162.18, well i'm unbel to run games for example i downloaded sega rally revo demo i put it in my computer badd freezes , then i putted it on my sister computer she has a 1.2 Celeron and a 128 agp fx series also nvidia and the game runs ok, what am I doing wrong cuz the same happens with other games like NFS or warcraft . and i have a problem with full-screen flash video like you tube when it goes full screen it freezes , well thanks in adavance for any help

Hate to say it but if you've already fiddled with the drivers, you may just have a faulty card.

I told him that games that require a lot of juice like NFS: Cabon require a beefier card than a integraded chip. I thought that was why he was having problems...

yeah my concern comes when why my sister has 128mb on agp and runs ok and I having pci-x 128 plus turbocache up to 512 can't run the same game :s

To be fair, although the 7100GS is rubbish, I don't think it's as slow as an FX5200. I wouldn't recommend running NFS Carbon on either, but if it works with one, I fail to see why it wouldn't work on the other.
